Shipping

Pharcan Inc. presently ships to all destinations serviced by FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. No orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box. Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of the package, size of the package, final destination and type of delivery service selected.

IMPORTANT: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged, once your package reaches your country. Pharcan Inc. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which you are responsible for. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Large Orders Divided

Pharcan Inc. reserves the right to accommodate larger orders, by dividing them and shipping them in separate packages. In this case, you will receive an E-mail advising you of any additional shipping charges if applicable.

Restocking Fee

If the shipment is refused upon receipt at destination, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (both ways) as well as a restocking fee of 15%.

Order Processing

At Pharcan Inc., we process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours upon confirmation of order received. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Orders placed on holidays or weekends usually ship on the following business day. Please note that Pharcan Inc. does not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional two days of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.

Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional one to two days.

Address Corrections

Should the transport company need to correct the shipping address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; the transport company may apply a surcharge (correction fee), which the customer is liable for. This would be in addition to the original shipping cost. If the transport company returns the package to Pharcan Inc. due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs incurred as well as a restocking fee if applicable.

Taxes on Products

Both the Federal tax (GST) and the Provincial tax (PST) apply to purchases made by residents residing in the province of Quebec. All residents residing in other Canadian provinces are obliged to pay the GST. Neither tax applies to purchases made by residents of the United States or other foreign countries.
